TTP claims responsibility of Kamra Airbase attack. TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) Spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan claimed that four of their fighters were killed after destroying three aircraft and killing a dozen soldiers. He declared it to be a successful operation carried out to avenge the killing of former al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden.MeanwhilePakistan Air Force has decided to form an investigation committee regarding attack on the Kamra Air base on Thursday.
According to Media Reports, this was decided in a meeting chaired by Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt on Thursday.
The meeting discussed the attack in detail and also gave briefing to Air Chief Marshal on the security conditions of the Aeronautical Complex and Minhas Base.
